Don’t boost it, support it.

When I think of our immune system, I think of a football D-line, there to tackle when infection arises. I know it sounds elementary but that’s exactly what it is.

Additionally, you can’t “boost” your D-line because if you do and a defender moves beyond the neutral zone prior to the snap, the referee will call a foul. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Same with your immune system, it won’t benefit anything.

Although you can support your immune system! Check out these immune supporting nutrients and tips to keep your D-line strong and ready! ☺️🥦💪🏻🥕🍠🍍🍒 #immunesupport #staystrong #nutrientsupport #healthyeats #betacarotene #vitamind #vitaminc #protein #zinc #probiotics #immunity
